Subway is a good fast food pick as long as you aren't easily swayed by the scent of Meatball Marinara and Buffalo Chicken. Over half of their sandwich offerings are under 300 calories and their sides, such as apples and raisins, won't ruin your daily calorie count. Stick with the lean meats and lots of vegetables, but try and avoid too many dressings such as mayonnaise and oil. Subway remains near the top of many "healthy restaurant" lists.
