He was a commissioner Canadian Nurses’ Association’s Expert Commission, and currently is an advisor for the Connecting Nurses initiative and a member Victorian Order of Nurses’ Board of Directors. His book The Nurse’s Social Media Advantage won an American Journal of Nurses’ Book of the Year award His website Nursing Ideas shares video interviews with leaders, researchers and innovators in healthcare. His passion is working on projects focused on improving the utilization of digital tools to engage providers and improve patient care
