Low Fat Recipes

Example:

Apple recipes that are low in fat don't have to be low on taste. Physicians commonly recommend a low fat diet to patients who are seeking to lose weight, maintain a healthy heart, and/or lower cholesterol. There will be a batch of topics that are about recipes that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids or other anti-inflammatory foods. For these, we'd like you to write your Research Note and Fast Facts roughly like the following (adjusting if it's not omega-3s, of course!)...
