Dr Gupta possesses a unique set of skills as the Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery and Director of the Residency Training Program at Loma Linda University. He believes his first responsibility is to care for and educate each of his patients. He has brought a broad surgical expertise and international clinical experience to the Inland Empire.
