- Morgan Feibelman, MD, is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Neurology at Tulane University. Dr. Feibelman is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for School Based Health Clinics, Metropolitan Human Service District and the Juvenile Justice Project, LSUHSC. His main interest is in psychiatric consultation to schools. His practice also focuses on adolescent psychiatry, and the developmental issues faced by adolescents and the people around them. He also enjoys teaching Psychiatry to medical students and residents.
