Halle Clarke began her profession in movement as a modern dancer in New York City. Her fascination in detailed muscle coordination led her to study Pilates, idoekensiology, anatomy and neuromuscular re-patterning. She has been infusing The Pilates method with evolved studies in bio-mechanics and energetic bodywork for over fifteen years. Halle has years of experience with clients suffering from chronic neck and back pain as well as “pain free” clients who just want to look and feel better. Halle has taught nationally and internationally. She is on faculty at Balance Body University and teaches Pilates Teacher Trainings around the country. Halle also practices Polarity and Cranio-sacral Therapy.
