Lisinopril may cause heart murmur’s | The Diabetic

thepoordiabetic.com — “In this same conversation, he informed me that he was putting me on Lisinopril. At the time my blood pressure did not come up and I was left with the impression that the Lisinopril had more to do with my irregular heart beat than it did high blood pressure.View full resource at thepoordiabetic.com

Lisinopril for protein in urine - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “So i went to the ER today because my home blood pressure test came in pretty high. 154/83 on one arm and 174/93 on the other. I've been having a lot of congestion and a weird pulsing in my temple. By the time i got to the hospital, it was 131/83 and when i left a couple of hours later it was 125/76. I was spilling a small amount of protein in my urine during the visit (my bloodsugar was also 290) No other weird stuff showed up in the blood, chest xray or EKG, So they wrote a prescription for 5 mView full resource at tudiabetes.org

Need a little help - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “In one of the discussions. I mentioned I'd been put on Lisinopril. Somebody(s) posted optional drugs for kidney damage. I've been searching for it and can't seem to find it. I'd sure appreciate it if the optional drugs to prevent kidney damage from D could be posted to this discussion. Thanks in advance.View full resource at tudiabetes.org

Does anybody have experience with... - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “Lisinopril? Generic for Prinivil , Zestril. This the medication I was put on for the abnormal Kidney function test that was part of my last blood work. The reason I ask is because it's an ACE inhibitor. Used to control heart disease including congestive heart failure. Usually combined with a diuretic. Which I'm not on. I do have heart disease but have never been put on this medication. Reading way down the list of purposes for this med is Kidney problems due to diabetes. Many of the side effectsView full resource at tudiabetes.org

Costs of Maintenance (Type 1) - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “I'm writing a few articles about pre-existing condition exclusions and health care coverage, and wanted to get your input on what the monthly expenses are. For me (Type 2), it's $4 a month for Metformin, another $4 a month for lisinopril, and less than $10 a month for test strips. (I don't test regularly/daily, as my D is well controlled by diet and Met.) What are you folks spending? What other costs have I missed?View full resource at tudiabetes.org

Endo appt. Update... Part 2 - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “This is a post taken from my blog Randombetes . You can find the original blog at:http://urocktoday2.blogspot.com/ … Reduced blood pressure meds from 4 different meds a day to 1 combo Lisinopril/htc pill a day, and cut the strength of both these meds in half. Loosing weight and getting in shape = unexpected benefits. Fewer meds feels great, plus costs a whole lot less. ('cause the new combo pill is generic) LOVE IT!View full resource at tudiabetes.org
