Research Notes on Li-Fraumeni Syndrome
Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) is a rare genetic disorder that greatly increases the risk of developing certain cancers, particularly in children and young adults. The most common cancers seen with LFS are breast cancer, osteosarcoma, soft tissue sarcomas, brain tumors, leukemia, and adrenocortical carcinoma.
