Just switched to Levimir... need help with dosage adjustment - TuDiabetes

Basal Ratio.. - TuDiabetes
tudiabetes.org — “Im on levemir right now and should have my pump supplies this afternoon.. but what im wondering is how you go about transferring the levemir dosage to basal.. ive been on the pump and my basal was i believe 1.35.. now im taking 34 units levemir.. sooo i did 34 divided by 24 = 1.41 units per hour.. can that be all there is to it? hmm i wonder please share your experiences and or thoughts on this! thanks everyone” View full resource at tudiabetes.org
