Assure your child that bed wetting is not his/her fault and will outgrow bed wetting overtime.1
Whenever possible, praise your child for his/her efforts to remain dry and offer positive support, understanding, and encouragement.2
Discourage teasing by other family members and siblings to help your child to not feel ashamed by bed wetting.
