Depleted Glycogen Stores - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “During February I rode in heart rate zones 1 & 2 - religiously. This helped to burn fat as I rode for 1.5 hours plus each time. I also did my early morning ride on fasting so that helped. Now March is here it is time to up the anti. Rode home in zone 3 & 4 yesterday and then in mainly zone 3 today. Boy oh boy can I feel it in my legs. I can't move :-) Must stay away from the crap quick hit rubbish junk evil sugar foods though or all this wil be for nowt.
