Dr. Dave Montgomery
David E. Montgomery MD, PhD is a board-certified Cardiologist whose clinical focus centers on preventing heart disease and the recurrence of cardiovascular events. He utilizes non-invasive diagnostic and treatment modalities, using gold standard medical therapy and state-of-the-art techniques, to approach heart and vascular disease. Also board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Dave serves as Adjunct Staff at the Resurrection Medical Center in the medical intensive care unit.
He received his MD from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where he continued his medical training, including an internship and residency in Internal Medicine as well as clinical and advanced fellowships in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases. Dr. Dave’s patient care and clinical work as a resident won him induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He also holds memberships in a number of organizations, including the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.
