Bio

As a legal nurse consultant, I bring valuable medical knowledge and combine it with legal knowledge and the ability to go through a large and often barely legible medical record and can do it in half the time that a non-medical professional would do. I can render a professional opinion about the validity of a malpractice claim, or I can produce an in-depth chronology of the medical events.

As a legal nurse consultant since 2006, I have reviewed cases for both plaintiff and defense in Florida with rendering of my professional opinion. My primary focus has been on behind the scenes work. I have reviewed thousands of pages of medical records, compiling chronologies with medical definitions, tables and summaries for cases involved in medical malpractice, personal injury and class action suits.
My clients have included nurse consulting firms involved in mass tort litigation, other legal nurse consultants, life care planners, and attorneys directly. My strengths include a very rapid response time to all e-mail communications, a well organized home office, personal attention, fast turn around time, reasonable rates, and high quality work.
