Dr. William Dodson is a psychiatrist in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Dodson believes that ADHD is mostly caused by biological reasons. He also believes that medication is the best start but there is more to treating ADHD than medications.1 He believes that ADHD symptoms appear before the age of seven.2 Dr. Dodson has written a few articles and was hired at one point to educate other doctors on the medication Adderall (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine).1
