Dr. Mark Steven Weinberger, M.D., was an otolaryngologist. Dr. Weinberger has been arrested on multiple counts of health care fraud as well as sued for over 300 counts of malpractice.1 His medical license was permanently suspended in 2005.2 He was featured on America's Most Wanted after he fled the country.1 Dr. Weinberger been found and taken into custody in Italy.3
