Dr. David Agus is the Director of the Spielberg Family center for Applied Proteomics at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Agus graduated cum laude with honors in molecular biology from Princeton University, and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and completed his residency training at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Prior to joining Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Agus was an attending physician in the Department of Medical Oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
He is also a research director and medical oncologist in the Louis Warschaw Prostate Cancer Center, which is where he is the manager of the clinical trials program.
At UCLA, Dr. Agus is an associate professor of medicine.
Dr. Agus is a board member of FasterCures.
Dr. Agus is a co-founder of Navigenics, an at-home genetic testing company.
