Dr. Carl Bogardus is the president of the Oklahoma-based Cancer Care Network Inc which advocates on proper radiation therapy billing. A member of the Oklahoma State Department of Health radiation advisory committee. He is also a Professor, Clinical Director and Vice Chairman of the Department of Radiation Oncology of the University of Oklahoma.
