- This is the story of Dr. Bermant's passion for public education, documenting deformity, surgical solutions, and the path to get there. Our critical standard before / after pictures revealed more about what needed sculpting and just the techniques achieved. Movies extended that detail to the dynamic component: how tissues moved. Emotions of living with the problem, the experiences of surgery, and just how the surgery changed that patient's life. Careful evaluation of this detail permitted Dr. Bermant used to evolve his techniques to minimize bruising, swelling, and discomfort. Pictures here were typical for his patients and techniques. He worked hard to have his patients tell him that their results were as good or better than what they found here.
