With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Young incorporates aspects of psychodynamic, relational, and dialectical behavior therapy into her approach to clinical psychotherapy. Her career focus is on treating trauma and its aftermath.
Dr. Young is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist and has completed the Illinois 40-hour Domestic Violence Training.
