- Dr. David Palmiter is a psychology professor and Director of the Psychological Services Center at Marywood University in Scranton, PA. He also has a private practice in Northeast Pennsylvania and is on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. His book, “Working Parents, Thriving Families: 10 Strategies that Make a Difference,” was published April, 2011. Dr. Palmiter has won an international award (Mom’s Choice Gold) and a national award (Finalist, USA Best Books) for his book.
