- Dr. Tebby is a native of Canada, growing up in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University earning a Bachelors of Science degree, as well as Palmer College of Chiropractic, earning his Doctorate in 1985. He is a board eligible Chiropractic Orthopedist and has spent many hours in post-graduate classes for Sport Injuries, Musculo-Skeletal Rehabilitation and automobile accident related injuries.
Dr. Tebby has participated in the Department of Justice's continuing education symposium for the nations Attorney General's Offices. Dr. Tebby is also an active member of both the American Chiropractic Association and the North Carolina Chiropractic Association.
