tudiabetes.org — “Hi Everyone, My 12 year old son was (dramatically) dx'd May 8, 2009 - so we have been learning and living with all that is type 1 for a little over a year now. Last summer he was still in his honeymoon, and would crash low after 20 - 30 minutes of swimming, even though we religiously made sure he was above 140 before exercising.
