Historical information on log books - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “Does anyone know of some historical resources on meters and log books? I'm working on some research about the documents that some practices are using with patient registries (flow sheets, population sheets and such) and I want to look into the link between the way these are written and the way people have kept track of their blood sugars at home - once home meters were available....in the 1970s sometime, I think. Thanks for the help!LoraView full resource at tudiabetes.org

Logs? - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.com — “Inspired through my *%$%# insurance company that wants 12 month of BC logs from me for getting the pump processed, I was wondering if really everyone here is doing a log? I just did one before I went to see the new Endo but usually I don't and even that one resembled a swiss cheese with so many blanks .View full resource at tudiabetes.com

Logs in the application/getting started forms - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “Just wondering, but at least for the Dexcom forms... they have the 30 day log books w/ before and after for each meal and also other. Do all of these blocks need to be filled out? Inquiring because often on the weekends I sleep through bkfst and do brunch and then just have dinner. Is it okay to leave blank? Should I fill in numbers from testing at other points (i.e. before after exercising?)View full resource at tudiabetes.org
