Advocates to assist clients with meeting their optimal health care
goals in today’s complex health care system. David’s previous work
experience includes Care Management, Complex Care Management, Health
Care Advisor, Health Care Coach, Disease Manager (Congestive Heart
Failure (CHF), Asthma, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Diabetes (DM),
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Oncology(Cancer) with a
health insurance giant.
David, health advocate, collaborated with multiple medical
professionals, specialists, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers,
and other medical advocate professionals, in implementing and managing
employer health care programs and health insurance for many fortune 500
companies. David has combined nursing experience of 20 years in health
care advocacy which includes Care Management and Complex Care
Management. As a Health Advocate and Medical Advocate, he has worked
with thousands of clients and hundreds of families over the course of
his carrier, in providing access to health care benefits, positive
outcomes and quality health care services.
Licensed Registered Nurse, also has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing with focus in Public Health Care and Health Care Advocacy. He is
a Certified Public Health Nurse (PHN). He is also a Certified Case
