- Dr. Chang is a Yale and Duke-trained Board-Certified Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgeon with fellowship training in laryngology and voice disorders (one of only a few laryngologists in the mid-Atlantic USA). He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals and is actively involved in medical research in this specialty field. In 2008, he was named as one of America's Top Physicians by the Consumer's Research Council of America as well as Northern Virginia Top Doctor in 2011.
He joined Fauquier ENT Consultants in October 2005 and enjoys treating all aspects of the head and neck of all different ages from pediatrics to adults. He has a particularly keen interest in surgical treatment for obstructive sleep apnea as well as professional voice care from operatic singers to the lecturing professor whether the complaint be a weaker than normal voice to sudden pitch breaks or onset delays of only the upper singing vocal range. Complete care from diagnosis to voice therapy to surgical correction of vocal problems are provided. Additionally, he is the founder of the Virginia Voice & Speech Center.
