Metformin and Byetta - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “My A1C dropped from 9.2 to 7.2 in six months, but I haven't lost any weight. On Friday, my PCP was alarmed that I have been taking 2000 mg of Metformin XR a day. He said he didn't know that?????? He also said he thought I was on regular Metformin. I told him his girl argued with me saying that there is only one kind of Metformin. My pharmacist had to explain that to her. ( I think she didn't transcribe the XR part of Metformin.) Anyway, because of my gastrointestinal problems lately, he cut my MView full resource at tudiabetes.org

symposier.com — “Uploaded and Shared in Youtube by: LawsuitGuru To help clinicians weigh the benefits and risks of the diabetes drug Byetta (exenatide), FDA is requiring that information about the risk of renal impairment be added to the drug's labeling. Taking Byetta without a Meal - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.org — “So for I've started Intermittent Fasting(IF)once a week to lose a bit of fat. But on those days, I only eat one meal. The instructions mildly suggest that you take Byetta before a meal. The information I've seen says that the effect is wasted if you don't eat. I've never had any problem with nausea, so I'll usually just take the full Byetta during my IF day anyway even though I am not eating, usually taking my morning dose withouta meal. The way I figure it, I already paid for the Byetta for theView full resource at tudiabetes.org

tudiabetes.com — “I am taking Byetta (20mcg), metformin (2000 mgs), actos (30 mg). I work nights for right now. I am still having problems reaching the magic number of below 120 for my doctor to be happy. I did lose 20 pounds!! I hate taking the meds. Metformin gives me GI track problems.
