Dr. Uptagrafft joined Gleneagles Family Medicine in 2011 after moving back to Huntsville from Birmingham where she attended Medical School at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  She completed her residency at St. Vincent’s East Family Medicine Residency where she served as Chief Resident from 2010-2011.   She is board certified in Family Medicine.  Her special interests are in preventive health, nutrition, patient education and adolescent care.  Dr. Uptagrafft maintains a blog about achieving health of the body and mind at http://www.brookemd.com.
