My Doctor wants to switch me to Femara since I cannot tolerate the side effects of Arimidex. Shocked at the high cost! What other choices are there?

Since taking Arimidex about 6 months ago, I am noticing side effects are becoming intollerable to me. Knee/joint pain, insomnia. Any suggestions?
