I provide one-on-one nutritional counseling to patients for diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, celiac disease, gastrointestinal disease/surgical problems related to eating (including mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach, pancreatic, liver and colon cancers), transit time issues, including chronic diarrhea and constipation, breast cancer, pre-bariatric surgery assessments, post-bariatric surgery feeding and nutrient problems, eating disorders, high total cholesterol, high LDL and high Lp(a), high triglycerides, kidney disease, pre-end stage kidney failure, kidney stones, hypertension, pancreatitis, migraine headaches, Parkinson's Disease diet adjustments, ALS feeding issues, food allergies, weight loss and weight gain and other nutrition-related medical problems.

I am a nutrition writer, specializing in patient education materials. For over 30 years I have written articles, research papers, booklets, brochures, pamphlets and patient handouts which have been published locally and nationally. My patients often say that in my office I have a good way of explaining complicated things--and I try to do that in my written materials also.
