Water Aerobics and Blood Glucose Readings - TuDiabetes

tudiabetes.com — “For the past 3 weeks, I have been doing water aerobics on my own- I wear either a belt or noodle to keep me buoyant in the deep water and jog or ski for about 45 minutes. I take my blood sugars spradically and have found them to be extremely better, i.e. 110 vs 121 to 129 without the exercise in the water. It seems to work much better then walking. I would like you TuDiabetes members to try it and let me know your results. Also, it it very relaxing. Any questions - let me know. DavidView full resource at tudiabetes.com
