Bio

Adair Parr, M.D., J.D. is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who is in private practice.  She was formerly the Training Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.  She is a graduate of Duke University, Georgetown University Law Center and Tulane University School of Medicine.  She completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Georgetown University and her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.  Her professional interests include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, improving communication with patients, families and physicians, advocacy for mental health and health care advocacy.
